Device Information: Details about the device used to access our services, such as device type, operating system, and browser type.
Location Data: With your consent, we may collect geolocation data to facilitate deliveries and improve service accuracy.
For Restaurant Partners and Delivery Partners using our partner applications, we may collect limited additional information such as business details, identity documentation, bank/UPI payout information and real-time device location (for delivery purposes). This data is used only for onboarding, verification, order fulfilment, delivery routing, payouts and safety.
Delivery Partner location data may be collected in the foreground or background while actively handling delivery tasks. Location permissions can be revoked at any time from device settings, although doing so may affect delivery functionality.
We may share partner information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and mapping/navigation services) solely for the operational purposes outlined above.
Your information is used to:
Provide and manage our delivery services.
Process transactions and send related information.
Communicate with you about orders, promotions, and updates.
Enhance and personalize your user experience.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations (e.g., ensuring restaurants have valid FSSAI licenses).

Deletion of Account and Data – You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly from our mobile applications (NikkoBites, NikkoResto, and NikkoRider) by navigating to: Profile → Delete Account. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
If you are unable to access your account, or if you experience issues using the in-app delete option, you may also request deletion by emailing us at hello@nikkobites.com from your registered email address. Your data will be deleted within 30 days upon verification of your identity.
Restriction or Objection – You may object to certain processing activities or request that we restrict them where legally required.
Withdrawal of Consent – Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We will process all requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
